DELIVERY & PICKUP POLICY
At The Saucy Crab, all orders are prepared fresh for our scheduled weekend pickups and deliveries.
DELIVERY & PICKUP DAYS
Orders are available for pickup or delivery on:
- Saturdays: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- Sundays: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
During checkout, customers are asked to include their preferred delivery or pickup time within the available delivery window. While we do our best to accommodate all requested times, exact delivery times are not guaranteed due to traffic, weather conditions, and order volume.
DELIVERY FEES
Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and location, similar to standard courier and rideshare delivery services. Rates may vary depending on your delivery address and distance from our pickup location.
PICKUP INFORMATION
Customers selecting pickup will receive pickup instructions and meeting details after their order is confirmed.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order during the selected delivery window.
- Delays caused by incorrect addresses, missed calls/messages, or customer unavailability may affect delivery times.
- Once an order has been handed off or picked up, The Saucy Crab is no longer responsible for the condition of the food.
