Due to the nature of our products and for food safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been prepared, picked up, or delivered.
If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our part (such as a missing item or incorrect order), please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order with clear photos and your order details so we can review the situation and make it right where appropriate.
